CASE 46 (December 2009)
Clinical information
In a 23-year-old woman, in her first
pregnancy, oligohydramnios and diffusely polycystic enlarged fetal kidneys,
without ultrasonographic liver abnormalities or other malformations, were
detected at week 34.
Stillbirth. On autopsy the fetal weight
was 2,200 g.
